The active CARBON BLOCK filter is specifically designed for drinking water treatment, combining the action of vegetable activated carbon with 5-micron filtration. The cartridges are made with pre-filtration coils, plates, and gaskets made of vegetable activated carbon (coconut). Thanks to double filtration, it eliminates chlorine and its derivatives, pesticides, benzene, trihalomethanes, solvents, herbicides, and other harmful substances. It also retains particles larger than 5 microns, reducing the taste of chlorine and other unpleasant substances.
