If you have purchased a filter with the wrong dimensions, it is essential that you do not tear the bag; otherwise, we will be unable to process an exchange or return. It is important to verify the correct replacement size BEFORE placing an order, as you will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning an incorrectly purchased item and shipping the correct replacement.
- Timely filter replacement helps extend the lifespan of the membranes. We always recommend using genuine replacement parts.
