Loyalty Program

At EcoGreenShop we are keen to establish a long-lasting relationship with our customers and to this end we reward loyalty with discounts and competitive promotions.

At EcoGreenShop we are keen to establish a long-lasting relationship with our customers and to this end we reward loyalty with discounts and competitive promotions.

From February 1st we launched the Loyalty Program.

For every € spent on our site you get 1 loyalty point which can later be converted into a voucher to discount a subsequent purchase (ONLINE ONLY).

The points will be recognized upon delivery of the purchased product and will be valid for 12 months.

In the Loyalty Points section of their personal area the customer accesses various information including:

- order reference

- order's date

- relative score acquired

- duration of validity of the points

- expiry date of the points

- balance of your points

From this page it will also be possible to convert any available balance into a Voucher.

This conversion can also take place during a subsequent Checkout.

In case of cancellation of an order, the relevant score will automatically be reset to zero.

Vouchers generated by the loyalty program can be combined with any other offers and discounts and the purchase of a further discounted product thanks to previous points will in turn generate an additional score.

Please Note: Once the expiry date is reached, unused points will be cancelled.
