GRUNDIG Thermal IP Cameras

The new GRUNDIG Thermal IP Cameras by Sicurit are now available.

The new GU-TI-AP4603E/T and GU-TI-AP4607E/T thermal cameras from GRUNDIG Security's SMART line, NDAA-compliant, combine thermal and optical technology in a single device, ensuring reliable detection even in total darkness, smoke, fog, or strong backlighting. They are ideal for perimeter protection, early fire detection, and critical area monitoring.

With a 256x192 thermal resolution and a 5MP optical sensor, they offer detailed images in the visible and thermal spectrum. Artificial intelligence for object classification, active deterrence, and temperature measurement up to 550°C make them versatile solutions for professional security systems.

Dual view: thermal and optical in a single camera

All four models integrate a 256x192 px thermal module and a 5 MP optical sensor, allowing them to detect temperature differences while simultaneously capturing visual details such as markings and environmental structures. The two channels can be used and recorded in parallel, even in picture-in-picture mode.

The GU-TI-AP4603E/T models offer a wide 56° x 42° thermal field of view (3.2 mm IR), ideal for short- and medium-range monitoring. The GU-TI-AP4607E/T versions, with a 7 mm IR focal length and a 25° x 18.7° field of view, are optimized for longer distances and more targeted scenarios.

AI-based analytics and active deterrence

The built-in AI reliably distinguishes people, vehicles, and objects, reducing false alarms due to environmental factors. It supports advanced features such as line crossing, intrusion, area monitoring, removed or abandoned objects, heatmaps, queue and crowd analysis, as well as facial recognition.

Thanks to active deterrence, events can be managed immediately: white or red/blue strobe light, speaker with customizable messages, and audible alerts in the event of VCA events or temperature anomalies. Video surveillance thus becomes a truly proactive prevention and response system.
