AVANTGARDE-MW/100 IP Microwave Barrier with Planar Antenna (IMTMW100)

The AVANTGARDE-MW/100, designed to complement current models with parabolic antennas, represents the latest generation of Sicurit's volumetric IP & PoE digital microwave barriers.

Equipped with an X-band planar antenna (10.525 GHz), it integrates an advanced digital signal processing (ADSP) system that significantly reduces false alarms and increases the ability to detect real intrusions by notifying you of any temporary obstructions in its range.

AVANTGARDE-MW/100 is available in two variants: 12Vdc for conventional security installations and PoE (IEEE 802.3af) for simplified IP deployments.

The PoE model allows power and data transmission via a single cable, reducing installation time and infrastructure complexity. The system can optionally be calibrated directly via a dedicated wireless converter.

New AVANTGARDE-MW features

- 16 channels with "Random shuffle" algorithm.

Equipped with 16 radio channels, AVANTGARDE-MW has further increased the level of security through its innovative "random shuffle" algorithm. This triggers a synchronized channel change between TX and RX every 3-5 seconds, without the system generating an alarm or interfering with nearby lines. The result is superior protection, making the system immune to any attempt to identify and replicate the transmission channel to bypass the barrier.

- Notification of signal deterioration and temporary obstacles.

AVANTGARDE-MW has two signal analysis algorithms, SEA and OBSTACLE. While the former constantly monitors the signal's medium- to long-term quality, activating itself in the event of deterioration (for example, due to growing grass), the latter allows for the detection of an instantaneous change in the environment, typical of a physical obstacle accidentally or intentionally placed along the route. Both functions generate a warning notification for timely and dedicated intervention.

- Off-the-Grid TX unit.

To resolve any installation difficulties, the receiver is perfectly capable of interpreting all signals (tampering and faults) coming from the transmitter directly via the radio signal, and then sending them to the system. This allows the TX unit to be installed in locations where cables cannot be run (e.g., power can be supplied via a solar panel), without sacrificing complete diagnostics of both transmitters and receivers.
