MICHELANGELO - pressure sensor, 12 Vdc power supply - maximum sensitivity 5 Kg.
The "Michelangelo" sensor is a base sensitive to mass variations on which it is possible to place valuables to be protected such as figurines, pottery, etc; it can also be used in shops to protect high-tech items or jewelery. The sensor is a black cylinder with a height of approximately 1 cm and a reduced diameter available in the 5, 20 and 100 kg versions. A statue of 70 kg, for example, can be safely protected with the 100 kg version. The "Michelangelo" sensor is sensitive to any weight variation of the object in the order of grams, it is extremely simple to install as it "self-calibrates" in a few seconds in relation to the mass of the object supported, and does not disturb the aesthetics of the environment thanks to its compactness of his body. It is also conceivable to be able to create a sensitive plane supported by 3 or 4 "Michelangelo" sensors connected in logical "OR" on which to place more objects (for example in crowded exhibitions where constant surveillance is required).
