The WHT RO BW 3012–400 GPD Reverse Osmosis Membrane is designed for residential use and compatible with 3012 vessels. Made of TFC (Thin Film Composite), this membrane is suitable for desalination treatment of water with salt concentrations below 2000 ppm.

- Being a food grade product, it will arrive sealed in a clear vacuum bag. It is possible to check the dimensions of the connections without having to unpack the filter. If you have purchased the membrane with the wrong measurements, it is essential not to tear the bag. Otherwise we will NOT be able to proceed with the replacement or return. Any shipping costs for the return of the product purchased by mistake will still be at your expense.
- Having been pre-treated with processes designed to preserve their characteristics, osmotic membranes should be stored at temperatures between 10 and 20°C, in a dark, dry place to prevent deterioration—dryness, bacterial growth, and physical damage that can compromise the membrane, even when new and sealed. It is also recommended to install them within a few days of receipt.
