Through a control panel in the sauna, there are 7 different colors that, in addition to having a relaxing effect, promote physical well-being.
Chromotherapy is an integrative medicine that uses the colors to help the body and psyche to regain their normal balance. It does not cure the symptoms, but it drops to the root of the imbalance and does not leave, like some drugs, harmful residues that the body must laborfully eliminate.
